What if I have a flat tire?

If You have a compact spare tire in the vehicle, set it on and contact our nearest rent-a-car branch office to inform us of the event, then make Your own repair or arrange with us a replacement vehicle or a tire repair.

If You have a tire repair kit, apply it, or contact our nearest rent-a-car branch office to inform us of the event and arrange with us a replacement vehicle or a tire repair.

If You do not have a spare tire in the vehicle or a tire repair kit, contact our nearest rent-a-car branch office.

After returning the vehicle, be sure to once more inform the branch office of the event.

What if the key is damaged or lost?

Contact our nearest rent-a-car branch office.

We will deliver a replacement key within 24 hours of receiving the call.

The cost of losing the key in the amount of 300,00 to 500,00 EUR+VAT, depending

on the vehicle type, is borne by the vehicle user.

What if I lose the folder containing the vehicle documentation?

Visit the nearest police station, report the loss and obtain a certificate of loss.

Upon return, provide the certificate of loss certified by the police.

The cost of losing the vehicle documentation in the amount of 250,00 EUR+VAT will be borne by the vehicle user.

Never leave vehicle documentation in the parked car, keep the folder containing car documentation

with You during the rental. In case the car is stolen, You are obliged to return the car documentation and the key to the initial branch office of rental.

What if I lose the license plate?

Visit the nearest police station, report the loss and obtain a certificate of loss.

Upon return, provide the certificate of loss certified by the police.

The cost of losing the license plate in the amount of 310,00 EUR+VAT will be borne by

the vehicle user.

What if I return the rental vehicle with less fuel in the tank?

At the pickup and on drop off the tank should be full.

If You return Your rental vehicle with less fuel than at pick up, You will be charged for the

refuelling service 20,00 EUR plus the missing fuel plus VAT.S

What if I put the wrong fuel in the car?

In that case, do not start the vehicle, properly secure it and call our nearest rent-a-car office

to organize a replacement vehicle.

The lowest fee for the fuel exchange in a vehicle is 400,00 EUR+VAT.

You are obligated to settle in full any costs for damages to the rental vehicle caused by improper use.

What do I do if the vehicle breaks down?

Red light appeared on the dashboard:

- stop the vehicle immediately

- contact our nearest rent-a-car branch office.

Yellow light appeared on the dashboard:

- check the instructions on the nature of error (for ex. coolant, tire pressure, windshield wipers fluid etc.) and follow the instructions

- if You fail to resolve the problem, contact our nearest rent-a-car branch office.

What should I do if the car will not start?

For vehicles with manual transmission – press the clutch pedal all the way and turn the key while pressing down on the accelerator.

For vehicles with automatic transmissions – check if the gear lever is in the “P” or the “N” position, be sure to press the brake pedal and turn the key all the way.

For vehicles with a robotized gearbox - make sure the gear lever is in the “N” position, be sure to press the brake pedal and turn the key all the way.

Regardless of the type of transmission, check if the vehicle key is recognized, and check the fuel level.

If none of the above helps in starting the vehicle, please call our nearest rent-a-car office for any additional instructions or assistance.

May I decide during my rental to return the vehicle out of the normal open hours of a branch office?

Please contact our nearest rent-a-car branch office and inform us of the change. You may return the vehicle out of open hours if arranged in advance and You may be welcomed by our employee. The cost may vary depending on the rental rate used.

May I extend the rental period or return the rental car before the expiration of the rental agreement?

Please contact our nearest rent-a-car branch office and ask for the information on extension or early return.  Prepare Your number of the reservation or the rental agreement.

If You have booked a car through an intermediary (broker), You should request the extension from them. Any unauthorized early or late return may be penalized, the penalty amount being minimum 150,00 EUR+VAT, depending on the rental rate used.

May I decide to take the vehicle on a ferry after I picked the car up?

Please contact our nearest rent-a-car branch office in order to add the ferry fee to the rental agreement. The cost may vary depending on the rental rate used.

May I travel outside of the country during the rental, if I decide to do so after I pick the car up?

Please contact our nearest rent-a-car branch office in order to check if it is possible to do so, and if it is, to add the cross border fee to the rental agreement. The cost may vary depending on the intended borders to be crossed and the rental rate used.
